Happy hackers


The technological giant Apple has broken its silence over the hacking of more than 100 celebrity iCloud accounts which has resulted in more than 400 naked images of celebrities being released over the internet. Most of these images are genuine, but some have been identified as fake. These photos will never be permanently deleted and will keep on being spread across the internet because the internet is the internet.


Apple said after the investigation they had found no evidence that its iCloud storage system had been breached. But later saying in a statement Advertisement , "After more than 40 hours of investigation, we have discovered that certain celebrity accounts were compromised by a very targeted attack on usernames, passwords and security questions."


A total of 423 images are reportedly in existence, affecting approximately 100 celebrities, among these celebrities were Jennifer Lawrence, Kate Upton, Lea Michele, Hillary Duff, Kaley Cuoco, Vanessa Hudgens, Selena Gomez and Kate Bosworth.
